Shipping Policies
All orders are processed within 2-4 weeks. Please note, we do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take an extra 1–2 days.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or postal service issues.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the damage.

Returns: We do not offer refunds on custom orders.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll work to make it right.
Exchanges
